    i haven't been through it forensically denver but i think the extra 7 million shares have not been issued yet. its all in WAL announcemnts. the dec one is the easiet one to understand. refer to the latest appendix 3b for the up to date shares on issue to get exact mkt cap. and yes WAL's mkt is possibly below their NTA
