1/ Isn't it ASX or ASIC policy that any news that could alter the share price by more than 15% has to be preceded by an ASX trading halt?
2/ And isn't it ASIC policy that any major company news has to be announced via an ASX announcement to the general public before any other media or information source is allowed to be informed?
... 2 days ago on Hotcopper, Kats posted the news quote below; that is, 2 days before shareholders and the ASX were informed. Mergermarket is a PAID subscription service, pretty high end and professional looking going by their website. Does that also explain the pre announcement selling the last couple of days?
