Thanks for your prompt reply.
I too like it coz of the govt stand on offerign rebates and more funding ( as stated in the 2004 budget).
The only issue I have with this stock..is that it is thinly traded.... then again..the sell depth is thin too..
ANd the stock is what may be seen as a 'break out' at currnelty 47c. Was struggling between 40-45 for a while.
Hmm interesting times ahead..... though I feel more for the long term investor... Wait and see :)
