If there is no word by the end of the week it can only be heading 1 of 3 ways bar any other outside bid.
1. ALB withdraws offer - me thinks it should have happened if so by now.
2. ALB is preparing to mail out letters offering holders cash for their shares at $3.
or
3. Deep negotiations on a tie up with MIN.
