Spec that was precisely my point previously. If a take over has the purpose to get their hands on supply then the current legal offtakes might prevent that unless one of the take over bids already has a take off contract in place with LTR and then mops up the uncommitted supply.
I guess due diligence of the buy out, including the agreements will sort this. But I suspect the off take contracts are pretty binding.
