As much of what you say makes perfectly good sense and is probably the best outcome for all shareholders to be able to one day receive dividends but I am of the opinion another offer will be made stating that this is their final offer because you see the product in the ground is more important than the price to a degree this is how conglomerates think very very very long view they don't want to be hostage to paying spot prices for the product in the future when they can own the mine
