Great post Early, plenty to think about there. It seems clear to me that SPM is worth a fair bit more than what they paid ($40m), but CSD also have some good ore deposits and its the tin that snow peak want. Be great if they merged all assets together and the most straight forward option. Think it might come down to an independent companies evaluation of the two.
