Also you would think it makes sense for FERC to focus their limited resources on projects that are commercially viable or advanced. Having bankable binding toll agreements and EPC in place with debt financing to come surely places us way adanced in terms of projects that are worth focusing on rather that those ahead of us in the que that are stalled.
It's actually quite amazing how an Australian company has managed to being so close to pulling this off.
