Of all the countries making up the EU Germany has been the one to gain the most since ditching the Deutschmark, while the poorer countries were especially hard hit when they converted to the Euro.
Now it seems that even in Germany people are wishing to follow in the UK's footsteps; the EU then is definitely going into the the trashcan of history. Who knows we may even been fortunate enough to see the disUnited Nations follow suite in our lifetimes. Gives one hope for the future. Even better would be the trashing of the BIS and attendant central banking system and the return of their function to the governments of the nations. This would free the whole world from the clutches of unpayable debt (given the interest to be paid is never 'printed').
