As many have said, just take some time this morning to think about your next move, then log off and go for one almighty walk.
Just try and take this as a lesson to try and remember why a balanced portfolio is key to mitigating risk. I'm certainly not here preaching and have been where you are before with ASX:BIG quite a few years ago.
Everything will be ok even if it doesn't feel that way at the moment.
