If someone is a bit ummm enthusiastic with a stock on an internet bulletin board, ASIC probably wont bother with them.

On the other hand, I'm a promoter, and my ass is literally on the line with this.

If I dont disclose, if I say stuff that we cant back up, then ASIC already have a copy of everything I said.

And I think they're sniffing around the junior oilers, what with INP, Mac Bank and all that.
