Remove the good will write offs & Lange's forecast is only out a tad for 2007.

So now we focus on his 2008 forecast, and Tri-surv should at this point in time be the only write off affecting that forecast.

I love funny money... Considering all management stayed on and have been given incentives(in voluntary escrow) to make their companies perform, how can this be called loss of good will?
