I have no real decent new information, however some observations from the headlines.
- Transocean the big rig company, recently stacked more rigs.
- Oil price is down trending. High levels of refined products. Could 2nd half of 2016 repeat 2015 as the northern demand season passes again?
- NYSE OSV competitor share prices getting near year lows. Examples Gulfmark Offshore, Tidewater.
