there seems to mention in the announcement of
"Collateral Enforcement" on 11/4/08
and the number of shares is 13,440,903
Wonder if these are the director's shares?
they were acquired on Friday
do you thing they will sell them?
In any case Merril has 35 million shares of a total of 613 million shares or 5.71%
the average monthly sales are 4 million
they could sell there holding down in hurry
but doubt if they would. They seem to be interested in taking a stake in the company, but could be wrong. As far as I can see there is considerable upside long term for PDN.
To exit their position at 6 million a day might take about five or six days
I think if they do decide to sell there will be downward pressure on the price for some time I suppose.
