I believe its an ASIC requirement that institutions rehypothecating stock must disclose a substantial shareholders notice after 5% and state those parties who are ultimately the beneficial owners (I take it to be Sabre Fund, Focus Asset Management and Susquehanna).
That all said, it should would be nice if these things were in english.
