So in a nutshell, todays announcement basically states that someone "borrowed", or shorted 22.3m bpt on the 17th of aug. So the position must be closed, and it is an explanation of the 2m of buyers trapped at 98c today. Price must be going north this week as these guys look to buy back and close out positions. I wouldnt be surprised at a 104 close on Friday. They defibately got timjng wrong on this and will end up driving sp upward.
