Very happy to see merrill's take a solid stake.
Very promising signs when companies like that start getting a whiff. Would expect more big names to get in over the next few months as the "captain" tells a few of his heavy hitting mates.
I would also expect the share issue to be some type of private placement to an institution or 'sophisticated' investor' for a large % of the upcoming cap raising
