At least three other analysts including the Huntley Newsletter have TLS as a strong buy. If we assume that the TLS/NBN deal gets over the line roughly in the form announced, then TLS has a bright future, unlimited access to future wireless spectrum, continued ownership of 50% of Foxtel, large (POST tax) payments for the longterm rental of the copper network/ducts, and finally billions(currently six) in annual free cashflow.
I wonder on what basis Merrill Lynch have gone so low.
