guys, if you actually read the announcement you would realise that merrill lynch has not purchased an 8.5 per cent stake in ady, they have received 59.8 million shares as collateral for a loan they have made to some other person/company.
and if this person/company defaults, then merrill could dump 59.8 million shares on the market.
