    BA-Merrill Lynch has upgraded Alacer to Buy from Neutral, believing the market is not appreciating the revised expansion plan for Copler in Turkey. Despite a less supportive gold price, the broker believes there is potential for the stock to be re-rated once the market better understands the simpler, more achievable, new plan.

    The price target is $4.70
