Towards the end of the video Mary mentions that Lithium batteries will be used in GM cars whereas fuel cells and hydrogen will be used in larger vehicles. Some years back SRL was looking to a large fuel cell manufacturer for a significant offtake of scandium. Those fuel cells were going to convert coal gas or lpg gas to 240v electricity in homes. The fuel cells that Mary mentioned will be used to convert hydrogen to electricity in trucks, ships, trains, planes etc. I have to wonder whether these fuel cells will also require scandium just like the forerunners ? Could be quite a bonus for SRL if they do.
