Boss are you a newbie? You go by the market cap not the price of the stock. MMX has a what? 1.8 billion dollar market cap and BHP has a 116 billion dollar market cap. Pulease.

Also if there is a change of substantial holders it has to be made public. MMX is getting oversold now. They are getting a 50:50 interest in the infrastructure business they are establishing and Mitsubishi is investing a proposed 3 billion into this project. To me there are just a lot of panickers and guys selling out due to the market not looking stable in the US.

I will hold but I'm watching it carefully. Im in a bit of a loss now..not a heavy one..lucky my first and largest entry point was at 4.98
