Personally, I think you're right re closer to end of year. There was a series of steps to go through in acquiring a JVP/s, viz... 1. Exec Summary issued 6 May 08. 2. Expressions of interest by 6 June. 3. Selected parties notified 30 June 4. Expressions of interest extended to 4 July. 5. Selected parties notified 28 July (assumption by extrapolation) THEN, the negotiation process could begin...we are only a mth into that and there could be multiple JVP's.
No harm in a bit of banter on these threads...if we're not going to get any news, we might as well amuse ourselves with "what ifs"...keeps the brain active and the dream alive!
