"The search for a strategic partner is proceeding through a series of steps with an initial call for Expressions of Interest from interested companies by 4 July 2008. This is being followed up with an Information Memorandum and data room during the third quarter of the year. Nido plans to complete the farm-out of its exploration acreage by the end of 2008."
This was taken from NiDO's Q2 report released on 31 June, so those of you expecting an imminent JV ann might have to wait a little longer. Looks like Nov/Dec to me.
