Not exactly. One poster posed a question whether NDO were in Singa to 'finalise the deal'. There has also been other chatter on the NDO threads about the farmout being close. I was simply pointing out that this was most likely premature based on the latest info published by NDO...
"Nido plans to complete the farm-out of its exploration acreage by the end of 2008"
Of course if someone has some facts to the contrary I'd be happy to hear them.
