    Nice to see you drop by again . Im in exactly the position you describe in paragraph 2 , trying to work out how Im going to move from a Great big house ( 5 years old ) 35 k from CBD , to what is a reaonably large appartment ( 3 bed / 2 bath ) in Sandringham .

    You are spot on ..you know it can be done ..But like " Wow " , how much STUFF has to go . I know we will be fine ...but man , even my wardrobe ..big walk in , Its a nightmare !!
