I think the only thing that will see APG's price go up are contracts signed that will actually MAKE them money. Unfortunately, I and most others, ran out of patience with rubbish announcements about "agreements to explore opportunities" etc etc. APG need to show revenue making/company making announcements for the share price to move up with any vigour or continuity.
The announcement that you reference will certainly add some security to existing holders but I'm not sure why anyone new would buy APG on the back of it and push the price given there is nothing following that for a number of years that will increase the share price thereafter.
I certainly hope you do get the bounce in share price you expect following any funding announcement and I truly hope you are able to sell into it and break the emotional attachment you, and others, have to this stock ans realise your money could be working so much better elsewhere.
