Time to hold someone other than the investors & PLA accountable, for if PLA is allowed to do what they have done and the investors acted on the bull shit that PLA announced then who is left - no! not the GOV departments as they have been busy planning their Christmas and new years party 12 months ago or 2 years ago!.
