that's true enen, but logistically they need to find the area to store that amount of ore prior to loading, im sure they are working on it as they have been talking bout 4 to 5 ships/month for stage 5, the other smaller detail to consider is ordering the handymax ships which have a 10 day laycan period to arrive so it will be a juggling act..

3MT/year from Cockatoo alone is 6 ships/month, when Irvine is up and running (IF it gets up) 3MT/year is more than doable..
