We have already reset the issued shares at the AGM a few weeks ago.
Gnr are getting more than 19.9% of the shares on issue now. Their holding will be 19.9% of issued shares after their shares are allocated.

From the announcement. GNR HK 19.9% of total Pluton shares.

308M now plus 76,574,029 will give them 19.9% of the 384,794,116 total after they get their shares. So they are getting 24.8% of the shares that are issued while we have 308M.
