Technology that has that level of issues is not great tech - not until the problems are solved satisfactorily. In hindsight, they should have called it demonstration technology, and worked with two or three clients to find and fix these issues. That would have been a somewhat harder sell to shareholders; but it would have significantly reduced the company liability for faulty units, and the capital raised would have gone further towards development instead of propping up the house of cards. They went to market far too early. Too late now. The tech could end up with someone who has the capability to build a solid product; but it’s more likely to end up in the dustbin of history.

yep too late now. bloody glad I sold when I realised there was no chance of rfx meeting those orders. production was the key problem imo. but given the post made on another thread by a person who worked with an installer..... perhaps, as you say, the tech was crap. they didn't keep us fully informed of the problems either. we also lacked the promo from analysts.... or maybe the analysts just couldn't find a good thing to say hey..... hindsight is wise but impractical for the actual setting.
