- Phylogica is a capital growth company and plans to exit by trade sale within 2 years.
From the PYC Presentation - December 2010:
- Positioned for trade sale exit within 18 months.
What can we make of the change in the time frame for an exit by trade sale? I suspect that 24 months was simply the best possible optimistic guess during the drug discovery start up period. The changeover to an 18 month time frame suggests the clock has started ticking.
