Agree with you Moon, malaysian property sector in particular, is strong in high growth regions and comparitively cheap to Oz!
Agree with you Massey, WA already in substantial decline and will be looking attractive compared to eastern states to invest in the next year or two while it continues in downtrend and the mining industry re- consolidates and is back in favour!
