Dear fellow ext followers, I am currently in the UK and have read the great announcement made by KAH and EXT. This is the best thing that can happen to EXT. It now obviously means that EXT will be priced between 80c- 1.20 per share when the 1:10 consolidation occurs pending on what the share is trading on the day of the consolidation. The benefits of the announcement are as follows:
1. Daytrader manipulation will diminish,
2. All Uranium interests will now be vested in one company, ext,
3. Larger institutions will now seriously consider investing in ext and becoming large shareholders,
4. Company will have considerable funding available to aggressively explore land in Namibia,
5. The ability to raise further funds in the future without having an adverse affect on the share price due to the number of issued shares.
6. PDN and RIO will now seriously consider a takeover if grades are good.
