Just because some talking head on CNBC once said 20% is a bull market doesn't make it official.

We have had single up days recently of about 10%.

So we could easily see 20% up in a few days or less and to call a 3 day up move in a declining market a new bull market would be ridiculous.

Defining what makes a bull or bear market is a subjective thing but just using a set percentage alone doesn't work for me.
