I still reckon the next meme is a major western country's banks go belly up big time and then all the banks EVERYWHERE panic and shut shop while they work out wtf to do and only those with cash survive for those few weeks. Then they reopen before civil unrest unseats governments but with enormous restriction on EVERYTHING especially international currency trade related stuff. As you said...protect your own at all cost.
