on our website it does mention expanded use, which equates to use on compassionate ground when everything else fail i suppose; we never get any details about how many treated.
how many kids treated, it has been said a few times by Si in those presentation and interview (sometimes prompted by the press gallery question)....that kids would miss out.
will we ever know, or it that something that the FDA doesn't like a company to talk about when someone is trying for approval, as it would be seen as media pressure or trial by media.
