i have got my form with the number of units i entitled and the amount of money i could contribute on the top right hand corner.

i will take those units and wait and see.

As for apply more shares, IMO, normally, you had to wait until the notice of shortfall or unsubscribe, then you might get more, but, you may also try pay more than what you entitled, for example, at 6c, you have 100K entitled, but you might pay $9000 to apply 150K, if all shares being taken, you should get the $3000 refund.
