I will say one thing about HLX .................. on many an occassion the shares have been dumped before bad news indicating a tardy process in keeping conficential information confidential.

Your time would be better served going back though the ASX announcements and looking at share price movements prior to the news being released.

I know of many situations where other listed Coys have sat on Lab reports and been sloppy in the timing of their release.

You and a lot of other disapointed specualators and investors may well get some benefit out of taking your findings (if you do the research) to ASIC.

Just rememeber, there is no Statute of Limitations on a Criminal Act................... Financial Advantage by Deception and the long arm of Trevor Plod doesn't go away just because the clock is ticking.
