It is my belief, and only my belief, that there are investors out there who would like a piece of the company and however they manage it, are keeping the price low. It also does not help that people are selling the stock for less than it's worth.
My opinion is that fml will bust through the barrier very shortly.
I say again, fml will favor the patient punter handsomely.
