Why do I feel like Scrouge?

I keep looking at the location of Hillview 06 right near the permit boundary. Obviously the best location which could be found in the permit. What does it say for the rest!

Unless there is a clear path forward to booked reserves the company should cut its losses instead of death by a thousand cuts. If it is moose pasture call it for what it is.

I think 2013 is time for a reality check. Given the tax losses, an acquisition of existing production...like Shells 15% interest in Cruisini? Surely it is not core to Shell!
