so what if there are counter offers - they'll just be for
what WBC are buying now and say they pay $20m or
$40m or $60m more ( can't see why they would though ) - RHG will really be no better off than
it is right now.

this talk about npv of 69c or 95c or whatever is
largely irrelevant and probably erroneous - the
company looks to me to be worthless.
