Well ppl. I have been sitting here pondering to sell or not to sell. I just chose to take a hit and move on from what appears now to have been a very bad decision on my part to buy into RHG. There just doesnt seem to be a floor under this stock anymore (Except for the obvious $0)

The one thing that keeps running through my head is the directors sold the business, (and I say business because the distribution is really the busines) for $140m less trails of approx $15m, leaving $125m. I dont have the prospectus in from of me but this is very close to the loan that kinghorn advanced to rams.... Seems to be like he sold the business to repay some of the corporate debt, in otherwords recover as much of his own money as he can.

Shareholders in my view wont see a dime from the $140m and will still be short on the sale of a distressed loan book.

This is my uneducated view anyhow....Sell what you can while there is some value
