This goes back to june 2002:-

Biotechnology firm Genetic Technologies Ltd has sold all of its remaining Victorian mining assets for a cash consideration of $300,000.

The disposal was achieved through the sale, concluded yesterday, of all of the issued shares in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mt Alexander Goldfields NL to Austindo Resources Corporation NL, an Australian based company currently exploring for precious metals in Indonesia.

The only remaining mining asset now held by Genetic Technologies is a 21.18% joint venture interest in the Duketon Belt Joint Venture in WA with Newmont Australia as the JV partner and manager.
