Problem with that reasoning is fda site isn't real time. FDA site seems to update up to twenty four hours after.
Well that's been my limited experience watching the fda site last few days.
MSB might of requested trading halt because announcement is expected by the market today so longer it traded without announcement today more pressure sp would of come under?
