Ignore the tweet, it is clearly uninformed. What the tweet is claiming is that the FDA would randomly release market critical information to the public prior to informing the company. This is clearly bogus and would lead to massive advantage to the first few people that read the FDA announcement (including FDA staff). They aren't amateurs and they know their information is market sensitive and they are a branch of government. They would inform the company privately and give them time to organise a trading halt as happened with Eton just yesterday.
