I am not one to suspect leaks, but I have to wonder about who would pay 12.20 during premarket when yesterday's close was 11.87, after hours was 12.05, and MSB closed at the equivalent of 11.52:

I suppose it is possible someone made the mistake of placing a market buy order instead of a limit order. That would really be expensive when there is a wide bid-ask spread like there usually is during premarket.
