I would not simply convert it into oz dollars, otherwise we should have seen 5 plus today, but it is not!
If you really want to convert, just take todays 3.85 equal to US closing 15.5, then you can work out 13.27 is OZ 3.3.
In addition, I guess MESO could finish below 12 US buckets tonight, that could be oz 2.98.
