Hey, I appreciate the detailed response. I wasn't speaking so much on mechanism of action but rather how promising small studies can turn out to be disappointing when looked at in larger trials.
MSC therapy is interesting for sure. But it's still in its infancy and I would be hesitant to say it has demonstrated ability to dampen the immune response leading to ARDS, but if there are studies that I've missed I'd love to take a look.
The mechanism of action sounds promising but these things seldom work exactly like we plan.
