Whatever the reasoning behind the NASDAQ IPO, the verdict is in: it's a disaster. As far as I can see there are 2 explanations.
Firstly, madamswer is right and the company is underfunded. The Yanks looked at the numbers and came to same conclusion.
However painful, I can live with this.
Secondly, the Yanks looked at the science and are not nearly as sanguine as many of us here are. This would be a catastrophe.
